Role
Main Duties:
Receive clients in person and by phone.
Manage the firm's schedule, organize appointments and hearings.
Prepare and monitor legal files (filing, archiving, and scanning).
Write letters, notes, reports, and format legal documents.
Conduct certain documentary or legal research at the request of lawyers.
Assist in the general administrative management of the firm.
Profile
Minimum Bac+2 training in Legal Secretariat, Law, Administration or equivalent.
Excellent oral and written expression skills.
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, office management software is a plus).
Sense of confidentiality, rigor, organization and responsiveness.
Experience in a law firm or legal environment appreciated.
